Instructions for Publishing Your Semester Project on MATLAB File Exchange

Students can showcase their semester projects (MATLAB code) by publishing them
on MATLAB File Exchange. Codes published on File Exchange are visible directly in the MATLAB
environment under the Add-Ons tab. Additionally, MathWorks occasionally features
outstanding applications on their blog and sends small rewards to their authors.
Publishing your code also allows you to track the number of downloads, which can be
an engaging feature in today's social media landscape.

Steps to publish your code:

  1. Log in to your MathWorks account at:
    https://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/fileexchange.
  2. Click the "Publish Your Code" button and follow the instructions.

Options for code placement:

  • You can upload your code directly to MATLAB File Exchange.
  • Alternatively, you can host your code on GitHub and simply link it on File Exchange.

For more information about the terms and conditions for code usage, visit
the File Exchange page.
